    Anyone interested in a peer paddle on the rapids at Rusheen bay on Saturday?

    Level 2 upwards

    Meeting at the black box at 12.30pm. On the water @1pm

    Hi,Rusheen is tidal,low water on Saturday is 10.30am,high water is 5pm, so tide starts coming in after 10.30am The inlet starts getting a good current about 3hours before high tide so 2pm on Saturday is when it would start give or take 15min.This is the incoming tide so very safe.The out going tide starts about a hour after high tide and is just as much fun,looks hard but nothing to it after a few trys.Beginers small waves on outgoing can be good fun.PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD …leading to Rusheen not on the parking in front of the windsurfing club…..why =the tide is coming in.

    The peer paddle looks good for tomorrow for Rusheen-anyone who is interested and needs gear should meet Colm at the Blackbox at 12.
